How this estimate works
The calculator applies: panels = ceil(length/panelWidth x (1 + waste/100)); posts = ceil(length/postSpacing) + 1. Keep measurements in one unit system and round up when suppliers sell whole units.
Limitations
Gates, corners, slopes, end posts, and local wind or privacy requirements change quantities.
